Investment bank looking for an ACA/lawyer/corporate financier to join its small/mid cap oil/mining/metals focused team ahead of its 2008/2009 floatation.

Our client has been advising and raising funds for the natural resource sector since February 2001. The firm specialises in assisting international resource companies gain access to the UK, European and International capital markets and has a substantial background in emerging markets particularly in Africa, Asia, Russia and the CIS.
We are assisting them in finding an ACA/lawyer/junior financier to join its small/mid cap resource focused team ahead of a 2008/2009 floatation. Previous exposure to the resources sector and advanced modelling skills are an advantage, but not essential.
