About our Client
Lexicon Partners, one of the leading independent investment banks in Europe, has recently opened an office in Hong Kong (www.lexiconpartners.com). A number of investment banking professionals from the London office have relocated, creating unique opportunities for analysts/associates to join the team locally.
Job Description
The team will focus on M&A, capital raisings and corporate restructurings.
The Successful Applicant
To be considered for this role, you should have at least two years directly related industry experience, gained within Corporate Finance/M&A, ECM, Accounting, Equity Research or Management Consulting. You should demonstrate strong analytical, financial modeling and numerical skills as well as a detailed understanding of accounting principles. Extensive experience in using Excel and Powerpoint is required. You will possess highly developed interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a dynamic team environment. Strong communication skills in English are essential, together with Cantonese and/or Mandarin.
